How Will This Work for You Financially?
Our experience is that an IHS Success Advisor relationship will make
good sense for you financially if you are willing and able to focus at
least 25% of your time on selling and marketing our offerings. You will
find that by using our NON COMPETING system you will be able to not
only sell our products, but also be able to sell more of the products
you already offer! The sales and marketing cycle for training and
development programs can be time consuming and complex. To do it well,
takes integrity, trust, world class content, technology, measurable
results, focus and time. We are confident that adding the IHS to your
current offerings will add excellent growth potential to your business.
Here's an example based on typical consulting rates (note: your income
may be more or less based on the rates you charge).
Suppose you work with a division of a company with 20 high
potential professionals. 20 High Potentials. X IHS 100 day Systems = 20
Workshop @ $1,500.00 each = $30,000 we would charge the customer. The
client pays for the workshop and you receive a 15% commission ($4,500)
from us. Then if you were to coach those 20 High Potentials
for the next 100 days in order to help them attain their goals and
drive ROI (using our ROI calculators), you could generate the
following: 20 High Potentials X $250 per month per High Pot X 3 months
= $15,000. Then let's assume that 15 of those High Potentials
want to continue with Phase 2. 15 High Potentials X $200 commission for
the 3 hour workshop facilitation = $3,000. If you were to
coach those 15 High Potentials for the Phase 2 100 days in order to
help them build on their goal attainment in Phase 1, you could generate
the following: 15 High Potentials X $250 per month per High Pot X 3
months = $11,250. Then let's assume that 10 of those High
Potentials want to continue with Phase 3. 10 High Potentials X $200
commission for the 3 hour workshop facilitation = $2,000. If
you were to coach those 10 High Potentials for the Phase 2 100 days in
order to help them build on their goal attainment in Phase 2, you could
generate the following: 10 High Potentials X $250 per month per High
Pot X 3 months = $7,500.
In summary, you would generate $43,250 by selling to this one customer.
The number would be
higher if you were to do all the coaching. This does not
include any internal referrals, referrals from our certified network,
further software sales or cross selling of your other products and
services! You would have limited or no inventory, not have to worry
about developing marketing materials, technology, Account Receivable
exposure and have more time to focus on your clients' success.
Note: the tuition to become a fully Certified IHS Success Advisor" is
$1,995. This provides you with advanced training from The Langston
Group, Inc., your own professional website, access to more of our
software products, referrals, as well as the phase 2 and 3 of the IHS"
System, for increased commissions.
While some clients prefer to send management teams together as a group,
many prefer to send 3 to 5 High Potentials a month to our open
workshops in order to manage expenses. You can imagine breaking up the
above 20 High Potentials over 4 months. This provides for repeat
business and higher opportunities for referrals to our system or
further penetration into the account for your other products and
services. By duplicating the above scenario with other clients you
further diversify your revenue portfolio which protects your income
stream against unforeseen changes within one company.
