Never forget you need to add "Value"!!!
Add tangible "value" and significantly improve your client's life If you want to be a hero to your clients, make their life easier by adding "value". Never forget that they have options aside from you! Give them an easier way to accomplish a difficult task. Eliminate the need for them to read a long manual or struggle with a process. Or make a difficult job easy. If you can do this, you will create happy clients. And happy clients are the best kinds of clients to have - especially if you want repeat sales and positive word of mouth referrals. Greg Langston
